The Conference, CIML and associated meetings will be held in the Ballroom of the Star City Hotel, a luxury hotel offering Superior and Deluxe rooms, and also a number of suites.

Star City is set on a 3.34 hectare site - about the size of seven football fields - located right on the foreshores of Sydney Harbour. All rooms include 24 hour room service, individually controlled air-conditioning and central heating, bath/shower facilities, marble bathrooms, alarm clock, color TV with cable TV channels, pay per view movies, international direct dial telephone, personalised voice mail, separate fax/data line, broadband access, mini bar, refrigerator, in-room safe, tea & coffee making facilities and hair dryer.

Star City Hotel Booking conditions

Please note that by using the hotel booking form (above), delegates will be given a preferential room rate provided that bookings are made prior to Monday 6th October, 2008. All individual guests will be responsible for booking their own rooms, and for settling their own accounts on the day of departure by cash or credit card. Personal cheques will not be accepted unless otherwise approved in advance by the Star City Hotel Financial Controller. On arrival a pre-authorization will be taken on the client's credit card, and funds may be held for up to ten (10) working days, depending on their financial institution. For room rates, please refer to the booking form. Rates include breakfast.
